Ary koi meri awaaz suno..Plz Plz

Hi! My name is Manish. A simple guy. As usuall,a small town chap with lots of imagination in the brain or rather in every cell. I always try to do something new but controversies scares me. i don't know why. Some ppl have a strong tendency to acually create one and even enjoy in nurturing it.

Some attributes about me. i'm young (not only at heart.!!), like to wear clothes, walking and meet people sometimes animals as well..!! Currently i'm staying in a hostel so one can imagine, why I  like to meet animals as well. Small and tiny stuffs excites me. Some examples are cited here like using helping verbs while talking (slangs.!), beating bed in night to create my own composition (that reveals one of my quality), roaming in the streets (i'm not a dog though....!!!!!), asking ppl about there identity, etc. Got lots of friends, but always strive for new someone who can actually understand my instincts and support me to beccome more weird. Sleeping is one thing I don't wan to miss. it actually inspires me to have more energy. Now here some smarties may require to juggle their brain cells. What's screaming if no one is listening so shout out believing that one must do whatever comes in mind or rather in heart..Just do it..!!

Shillong ....Scotland of East..!!

The land of mountains, trees, nature, clouds, etc., whatever we can call it but Shillong is a place where I love to go whenever I have a chance for it. An exciting drive, moving through forests, mountains, waterfalls, lakes, takes you to the land of culture , tradition and language that’s alien to many.

Shillong is a two and a half hour drive from Guwahati. It is also connected through chopper. But it is worth going by road being a first timer. The main commercial activity zone, Police bazaar, is always busy with bustling crowd of buyers and sellers. Accommodation suiting to all budgets are easily available here. There are couple of sight seeing locations apart from market place to keep you busy. From Shillong, Cherapunji is a two hour drive.

Peeping through the neighbour's window...!!!

It was a bright Sunday afternoon and I was sitting alone in the corner of the dark room. My room has a window overlooking the balcony of the neighborhood apartments.  My flat is on the sixth floor of the nine storied building which gives a nice view of the surroundings.

So I was sitting alone in my room and thinking of nothing, like in a state of trance, since no one was at home so an eerie silence had crept in and engulfed the whole house.

Suddenly my eyes fell on the window, the window pans were shivering due to the gentle breeze. While I was admiring the weather outside, some sort of sound broke the silence and took my fancy.  It was the neighbor's kid came out to collect his ball in the balcony. but then it also diverted my attention to the neighborhood window. Wow a whole new world was waiting for me there, a clear food to kill the loneliness. O c'on ...Its ok to get naughty sometimes, isn't it??  It was as if I am the director and different frames of my films were being shot together.

Surprisingly a boy was actually proposing a girl in the living room. I don't know it was a real one or a rehearsal for some play. But for me it was surprising because if it was a real one then to be solemnized at home needed guts..!!

In another window a fight scene was going on clearly strengthening the woman power and the plight of husband at home.

One window showed some unwanted guests, ( or so may be ) the Cops.!! , entering the house. Could be some invited guests but can't say as Diwali festival was just knocking on the door.

Well, I also saw some lost souls like me engrossed in their own world.

It was so much captivating but unfortunately, wrong timing, bad luck, etc. etc. what ever I should say, i cannot witness the obvious for which always it has been amusing, peeping through the neighbor's window !!

Hey would like to invite views, what do you see while peeping through the neighbor's  window..??

YOGA...an art of healing and staying fit

What is yoga?

Yoga started over 5,000 years ago in India. It is a whole body philosophy, involving breathing (pranayama), stretching, postures (asanas) and meditation. These actions create harmony between mind, body and spirit and help clear mind from confusion and distress.

' Yogic kriya ' or yoga is a way of staying healthy and preventing illness. If correct yogic breathing techniques are practiced , the postures will stimulate nervous system, make muscles and joints more flexible, and relax your mind and body. The exercises and breathing improve oxygen and blood supply. In turn, this helps circulation and breathing which will promote general good health.

There are about 80 main postures that can be performed standing, kneeling, sitting or lying on your front or back. There are several different styles of yoga including Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga and Astanga yoga. Some are quite strenuous, while others are gentler and focus more on meditation and breath work.

BACKGROUND

Yoga is an ancient system of relaxation, exercise and healing with origins in Indian philosophy. Yoga has been described as "the union of mind, body, and spirit," which addresses physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual dimensions toward an overall harmonious state of being.

The philosophy of yoga is sometimes pictured as a tree with eight branches;

: • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
 • Asana (physical postures)
 • Yama (moral behavior)
 • Niyama (healthy habit)
 • Dharana (concentration)
 • Pratyahara (sense withdrawal)
 • Dhyana (contemplation)
 • Samadhi (higher consciousness)

There are several other types of yoga, including hatha yoga, karma yoga, bhakti yoga and raja yoga. These types vary in the proportions of the eight branches. In the United States and Europe, hatha yoga is commonly practiced, including pranayama and asana.

Yoga is often practiced by healthy individuals with the aim to achieve relaxation, fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Yoga may be practiced alone, or with a group.

Social Media Marketing....a revolution

Today Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a in thing. Its a skill which I believe everyone irrespective of their field should possess. It is different from Internet marketing in a way that Internet Marketing is an umbrella and SMM comes under it. SMM is somewhat we do everyday. Its just that we are not aware of its professional way of execution. Today facebook (fb) has around 800 million users and twitter around 25 million. Everybody log on these sites atleast once everyday, gives updates , friend someone, comments on statements, etc. Lets take an example. Your friend has uploaded a video on youtube and shared its link on twitter and Facebook and also blogged about it. You made a comment on it which is also shown on your other friends home pages and your friends did the same thing. So in this way the video moves from one person to innumerable admirers and spreads virally. These activities are part of SMM. Some more examples are creating a fan page, event page on facebook, Linkedin, etc., Social media attracts individuals of all ages. People express their heart here. It is like a platform to hang out with friends in a virtual world. Now it has also become a vital medium of hiring talent. A lot of companies of all sizes have started looking for right candidates through Social media sites like fb, Linkedin, etc. and vice versa. This trend will only going to get more and more popular with the time. However, having said all this, i would also like to flash on a matter of serious concern which is, the authenticity of people and their identities in the virtual world. There is hardly any medium to gauge it. Its difficult to make out who is on the other side of the screen unless that individual reveals his actual identity.

When U ...Were 30 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U.... U Said: "If U Really Love Me, Please Come Back Early After Work.."
When U ...Were 40 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U.... U Were Cleaning The Dining Table And Said: "Ok Dear, But It’s Time For U To Help Our Child With His/Her Revision.."
When U ...Were 50 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U.... U Were Knitting And U Laugh At Me..

Hobby and Habbit....

I was wondering how much importance does a person's hobby can have in shaping the course of one's lifepath or is it important at all to have some hobby at the first instant. There has been inumerable anonymous quotes like 'be what u want to be', 'act as want to be', etc. which clearly tells that habbits are at the forefront of shaping the lifestyle. And hobbies are the potent forces which shapes up one's habbit and thereby charts out a path to success. I strongly belive that one must have some hobby(s) which may become habbit and who knows sometime it may become the source of bread and butter. I am using both 'habbit' an 'hobby' here because I think they are cousins, may not be the direct one's. Stamp collection can be a hobby but always reading and enquiring about it is a habbit. It is said that anything which is of some interest should be pursued diligently because it destresses you and gives you peace and this regular activity gets converted into your habbit. I like reading, playing, traveling and meeting new people each day which does the same to me. So, hobby does have lot of importance in shaping one's career.

Life in a city....

Its been years when I first came to this city. the first impression was a dusty surrounding filled with vast spathes of open spaces with occasional skyscarpers here and there. To locate a place here was like finding the duct in the tunnel maze. Even the local inhabitants were oblivion of the different locations in the city. This may be due to advent of sudden modernization in the city's culture that has not gone well with the people here or may be taking time for them to accomodate it in the daily routine who probably had only witnessed the farm culture, bullock carts with occasional cars, village roads, and their evening coupal gossips.

The village life has got its own charm and attraction. I have always been fond of such lifestyle and I hav a soft corner for it, never to miss a chance to go and stay in a village.

Today, Gurgaon has become my second home. I consider myself proud to be part of this millenium city, in the making. And I support the campaign to make it a capital city for all those reasons that makes it elligible to be one.

Umeediain ka ek naya samandar hai

Soch mai naya junoon hai
Kya kuch honey wala hai?

Love the way you smile baby.....love everything you do....wondering how an affection bring that change in one's life. Its amazing ..out of this world....floating in heaven on the silky breeze...its drizzling which is adding to the thrills with more dozes of excitement and joyness.

Sep 22, 2010

It was a mixed feeling of excitement and nervousness. Its not that first time. But has been multiple times. Each instance to be the first. After a short wait, there came a call for me. It was my turn to give sample for various tests . The piercing of needle gives an ant biting effect. I was waiting for the results. My mind was submerged in never ending thoughts about results. Oh...thats may be coined as “blood fever” as we usually suffer from “exam fever”.

There comes the result. Heyaa...i’m eligible...yup...both as a bachelor and donor. As instructed by doctor I laid down on a giant curvy bed specifically made for donors flanked by a huge machine and numerous transparent tubes & bags. First they checked my veins and then pierced a more bigger and thicker needle to suck that red fluid out of my body. The interesting thing among all this was that i was part of one of the most important invention of medicine world. The blood which was taken out was getting separated of its components and only required component was taken rest was sent back to the body. In that way all other components of blood were transfused back to my body. It has been a four - five years that I’m donating blood and it feels more healthier and enthusiastic after each occasion.

Any adult of age below 60 and not suffering from major diseases can donate blood at an interval of 3-4 months.

Its past midnight.......no where to go but to seek solace in the peace of darkness. What am I doing here. Searching for ways to play around. Sleep is a distant thought and my heart is feeling an strong urge to jump over my bed. Just made a weird noise, a call, if there's anyone who can gauge my thoughts and spare some moments in exploring universe.

I am getting weird. Air is getting scary.

I wanna go in the world of dreams where no one can ever come and intrude. Where I can have no control and life keeps rolling on its self created path.

Dream dream come here and take me in the veil of your eternal light.

Howdy..!! just landed here....
The place seems pretty good. I am allowed to dwell in and out of the whereabouts of mystery. What is that mystery...?? A journey becomes mystical when you don't know that you are still on the way and there's still a highway of hopes and aspirations ahead of you to trace and track.

The transitoriness of journey may be my decision but to achieve what I am meant for requires one step ahead of what could be the last step. I may encounter obstacles but the little hurdles gives meaning to the mystery of journey. The darkness has its own colour which can overpower others but light is the recourse.

There would be companions to share and devote and create desire for things to reach up above the sky. Being alive is like being powerful to do what one is propelled to do.

When I sleep, darkness prevails but dreams are the source of hopes which takes me to the path of eternity. Imagination takes its strides. The next curve is where I realize the beauty of being a living kind. I am a dreamer.

I am a walker and my journey is life....!!!
